"Its like Christmas!" -William

The snow has fallen for the past 48 straight and judging from my boots, it is about a foot deep, with not signs of stopping. The boys have been having a wonderful time with all the snow.. there wasn't even school today and Mike got to stay home. On the other hand, Mike has made up his trip to Africa by shoveling his weight in snow. The boys even loved it when he helped turn the shoveled snow into a fort.



The boys had a great time making snow angels. The snow was so deep that from the side of the hill, you could only see the toes of their boots as they were moving.


Our friend, Mary Beth, had dinner with us for the past couple of nights because she too has gotten stuck here unable to get home. Word of warning to people visiting, if you want to come see us in the winter time, be prepared to get snowed in here. She said her children would be extremely jealous of all the snow she is getting to experience, so we took a picture to rub it in a little bit.
